If the project’s token price is below pre-sale, then IDO Sale participants will be refunded by Meeiro in USDC of an exchange rate that is similar to its Pre-Sale price for any Vesting Unlock Day within vesting schedule.
If The Project’s Token Price, as well as the Pre-Sale value of the project’s Token is below its pre-sale value for 2 consecutive Vesting Unlock Days (e.g.) Participants will be reimbursed by Meeiro for all remaining Unlocks and the vesting schedule will be terminated. For month 2, month 3, participants will be reimbursed their remaining investment amount in USDC by Meeiro for all remaining Unlocks and the vesting schedule will be terminated.
